THE STORY

Graceful Beauty Aesthetics started as a little dream—something fun, something challenging, and something just for me. I’m Molly Carr, a Physician Associate who has spent years in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine. While I have loved that challenge, I found myself searching for something more—something that would push me learn new things, while uplifting women and helping them to see their value. I found myself wondering if the two could co-exist - and if so, if I, myself, was capable of bringing them together.

That’s when aesthetics came into my life. It all started in Findlay, Ohio—the place where I built my college education and lifelong friendships. Once a week, I’d escape to inject, catch up with old friends, and help women feel confident and beautiful. At first, it was just a side hustle, a creative outlet. But before I knew it, that little side gig became something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Taking a leap of faith, I cut back in my emergency medicine career and have put my entire being into Graceful Beauty Aesthetics. One location has grown into two, and a solo passion has turned into an incredible team of like-minded professionals. Every day, I wake up feeling grateful—not just for the success of this business, but for the relationships, the transformations, and the confidence we help create. There’s truly nothing better than seeing someone light up after a treatment, feeling beautiful in their own skin.

God has blessed me beyond measure, and I know this journey is just getting started. My son, Brody, is my greatest inspiration, and everything I do is for him and the future we’re building together. I’m so thankful for every client who has trusted me, every team member who has joined this dream, and every moment that has led me here.

Molly Carr

PA-C, OWNER/INJECTOR MANSFIELD AND FINDLAY
As the owner, she is deeply passionate about educating clients and helping them feel confident in their own skin. She has background experience in both aesthetics and emergency medicine. Known for her infectious laughter that fills the space, Molly creates a welcoming and uplifting environment. When she’s not at the med spa, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, working out, shopping, and listening to music. Molly serves both of our locations.
Emily Bowman

CNP, MANSFIELD INJECTOR
With 20 years of nursing experience and 9 years as an NP, Emily brings unmatched skill, compassion, and clinical expertise to our Mansfield team. She’s been married to her husband for 20 years, is a mom of three, a health-and-fitness lover, and a dog-mom to two pups. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll find her spending time with family, including cheering on her kids at their activities.

Michele Kuhlman

Michele is one of our Findlay Injectors. Fun fact: She was Molly’s VERY first client and now she’s come full circle by joining our team! With over 11 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, Michele has always had a passion for helping others look and feel their best. Her career path led her into healthcare, where she gained valuable experience as an ICU nurse and currently works in endoscopy. Her blend of medical knowledge and beauty expertise makes her a natural fit in the world of aesthetics. Michele loves connecting with her clients and creating customized treatment experiences that enhance both confidence and natural beauty. When she’s not in the treatment room, Michele is a proud mom of 2 who somehow balances it all — working 2 jobs, attending school and always showing up with a smile. She truly embodies what it means to care deeply for others, both inside and out. Come hangout with Michele!
Brittany Dunham

Brittany brings a wealth of medical expertise and knowledge to our team, with extensive experience in Surgical ICU and PACU. Her passion for aesthetic nursing is rooted in a desire to empower patients to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Outside of work, Brittany cherishes time spent with her fiancé, family and friends. She is also a proud dog mama to her mini aussie, Nova. Upon meeting Brittany, you will immediately feel at ease with her warm and spunky personality. As part of our Mansfield team, she is committed to delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments, focusing on natural-looking results that enhance each individual’s unique beauty.
Talon Baker

Talon has been in the beauty industry for 10 years. She offers a variety of services—lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, facials, and more—but what she loves most is helping women feel at home in their own skin. Her goal is always to enhance your natural beauty, help you feel confident inside and out, while keeping faith at the center of everything she does. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband and their three little ones.

Christina has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years! For the past 3, she has really made skin health her top priority! She is constantly trying to find ways to elevate her services and she can’t think of a better way than incorporating medical grade skincare into her facials! One of her favorite treatments to perform is a dermaplane. “I love seeing that fresh glow!”

Saylor offers dermaplaning, facials, full body waxing, lash tints and lifts, brow tints and laminations! She has about 2½ years of experience in the beauty industry. “Growing up, I never really knew what “my thing” was, and I constantly compared myself to everyone else. But finding esthetics changed everything… it became my passion and my way to help others feel confident and glow with real, results-driven care.” At home, her and her husband have two adorable Shar-Pei babes keeping them busy!
Macie Snyder

OFFICE & MARKETING MANAGER
As Molly’s sister, best friend and right-hand woman, Macie has been part of Graceful Beauty Aesthetics from the very beginning. Serving as GBA’s Office Manager and Marketing Director, she oversees many aspects of daily operations, client experience, marketing, social media, and brand development across the practice. Her background in the beauty industry as a hairstylist gives her a strong eye for aesthetics, creativity, and connection with clients. Known for her organization, vision, and ability to keep the moving parts of GBA running seamlessly, Macie has played a key role in the growth of the business. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two and values faith, family, and creating meaningful relationships both inside and outside the office.
Jurneé Hanna

MARKETING
Jurnee is an essential member of our team, working out of the Findlay office. A true expert in creating engaging reels, she brings creativity and energy to everything she does. With a background in digital marketing, Jurnee is always on top of the latest trends and strategies. Outside of work, she loves staying active through workouts and spending time with her family. Above all, she’s a devoted mother of three, effortlessly balancing work and home life.

Family means everything to her, and some of her favorite moments are spent with her mom — who also happens to be her best friend. Frequently asked questions

Please schedule a consultation. This is a noncommittal appointment that is free and allows the provider to assess your concerns, discuss your goals, and recommend the best treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Most treatments cause minimal discomfort. Many procedures, like injectables, use numbing agents to ensure a comfortable experience.
Dysport and Botox are great for smoothing dynamic wrinkles. Dermal fillers can also help with volume loss and deep creases. A consultation will determine which is best for you.
Molecular Composition & Diffusion
- Botox has a larger molecular size with complex proteins, making it more localized to the injection site.
- Dysport has smaller molecules and a lower protein load, allowing it to spread more easily, which can be beneficial for treating larger areas like the forehead.
Onset of Results
- Botox typically takes 4-7 days to show results.
- Dysport often starts working within 2-3 days, making it a slightly quicker option.
- Both are fully effective in 2 weeks.
Dosage & Unit Conversion
- Dysport units are smaller than Botox units. The conversion is about 2.5 units of Dysport for every 1 unit of Botox.
Cost
- Dysport is $4/unit but you need to multiply this by 2.5 due to the conversion above. Regardless of this, it is still the more cost effective option.
Duration of Effects
- Both last about 3-4 months.
- Results vary depending on metabolism, muscle strength, and lifestyle.
- Botox has a larger molecular size with complex proteins, making it more localized to the injection site.
- Dysport has smaller molecules and a lower protein load, allowing it to spread more easily, which can be beneficial for treating larger areas like the forehead.
- Botox/Dysport: Typically 3–4 months – longer if you stay on top of it!
- Dermal Fillers: 9 months to 2 years, depending on the product and treatment area
Sculptra is an FDA-approved injectable treatment that stimulates collagen production to restore facial volume and improve skin texture over time. Its main ingredient, poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), works gradually to rebuild the skin’s structural foundation, making it different from traditional fillers that provide immediate volume.
Uses of Sculptra:
- Restores volume lost due to aging or weight loss
- Softens wrinkles and fine lines
- Enhances facial contours (cheeks, temples, jawline)
- Improves skin firmness and texture
- Can also be used for non-surgical buttock enhancement and cellulite smoothing
How It Works:
1. The PLLA microparticles are injected into the skin.
2. Over time, they stimulate natural collagen production – on average increasing collagen by 66.5%
3. Results appear gradually over several months and can last up to two years or more.

- Can enhance both size and definition of the lips.
- Results are immediate and last about 9-12 months.
- Allows for more customization—from a subtle plump to a dramatic look.
- May cause temporary swelling or bruising after treatment.
