Graceful Beauty Aesthetics Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To respect our time and other clients waiting for availability, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

To confirm your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.

Clients using Cherry:

Even if you plan to use Cherry for your service, you must still pay the $50 deposit by card at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your Cherry total at your rescheduled appointment—if rescheduled properly.

Rescheduling:

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time in order for your $50 deposit to be transferred to the new date.

Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours) or No-Shows:

Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

For your security, we do not have access to your credit card information. The only charge made to your card is the $50 deposit at the time of booking—nothing further will be charged without your consent.
